Mirav began her career as a fashion photographer before moving into documentary filmmaking for nonprofits and political organizations. She later joined CBS News, where she worked as an editor and segment producer for the CBS MarketWatch Sunday morning show. Twenty years ago, she produced a TV pilot—an early version of what would eventually become this podcast. While the show didn’t get picked up, the idea never truly faded. Now, it's come full circle, reborn as a podcast. And here we are.
